Residences at 6G
Rising above the Austin Skyline at 66 stories, the 6G mixed use tower is composed of 1.2 Million GSF of office, multifamily and retail. In partnership with Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential, Dustin began work on this project as an architect with Gensler, and later transitioned to the development side. After two years of planning and entitlements, and another 5 years of construction, the project is now in lease-up.
